Standard trading conditions governing freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs brokerage services provided by PAYZ Global Services Limited.
All contracts, bookings, and freight operations undertaken by PAYZ Global Services Limited ("The Company") are subject to these Standard Trading Conditions and standard FIATA / BIMCO rules, except where expressly varied in writing signed by an authorized director.
Unless otherwise agreed in a formal Master Services Agreement, the Company acts as forwarding agent in procuring transport, stevedoring, and handling services on behalf of the Customer. All carriage is subject to the conditions of the carrier (ocean bill of lading, air waybill, CMR or domestic consignment note).
The Customer warrants that description, values, quantities, weights, and HS codes of goods provided to the Company are accurate, complete, and in compliance with Nigeria Customs Service requirements and foreign export laws.
The Customer is strongly advised to procure comprehensive Marine / Cargo All-Risks Insurance. Demurrage, port storage, and detention charges resulting from delays in customs clearance or documentation provision by the Customer shall be solely for the Customer’s account.
